I have seen some posts about sun beds but i have never heard that we needed to wait a year? I’m going on holiday in 8 weeks and i wanted to start the sun beds so I’m not too white going away.
    Is this wrong?

I’m sure I read after the 6 weeks aslong as its okay and scars are covered up it’s fine, also an spf on your boobs as the skin is stretched so it’s thinner ️xx not 100% sure tho but sure I’ve read it on this forum before x

I’ve been using them since 2 weeks post op and I’m fine! I couldn’t cope a year off them as pathetic as that sounds haha I just cover my scars with big sterile plasters like they put on after your op. I’ve noticed no change what so ever in them and they feel fine when I’m on them I was worried it would overheat or something crazy haha! Xx

You’re fine with sun exposure just the cleavage line may be more sensetive to the sun with the skin being stretched Hun so just make sure you use a higher spf on your chest @xxzoe85xx xx

My hospital told me 12 weeks! This makes sense to me, it’s just the Incisions that are the problem as the skin is fresh/weak. If you cover these up I would imagine you can go on sooner though x
