Sunbathing 4 weeks post up

Hey girls I’m just over 4 weeks post op, feel completely fine and what with this nice weather in the uk was wondering if it okay to sunbathe as long as I have my sports bra and a top on protecting my implants?

Hey I’m 4 weeks post op as well and I’ve been wearing my macrom bra whilst sunbathing and still have tape over my scars and they seem to be fine! X

Hey! I’m pretty sure you just need to keep your scars covered and then wear a high factor suncream on your boobs. The new skin where it has been stretch etc is a lot more susceptible to burning. No reason you shouldn’t enjoy the nice weather while there is nothing else to do though!

Thanks girls also asked my nurse and she said it was fine as long as they’re covered. Yesterday I put ice packs on after just to cook them down xx
