How long do we have to wait before using them again? X

I’ve just had my 6 week check the nurse said I can start now just cover the incisions with big plasters. It’s only a year till you can expose your scars to sun light xxx

I asked my nurse this yesterday. She said not at all for first 6 weeks but then after that just make sure you cover the scar. It’s the scar that need protecting. Coz it can turn a funny colour

Thank you really looking like a ghost! Anyone know about fake tan? Or even just putting it on my face? xx

You can use fake tan just don’t put It anywhere near the incisions. Xx

I am 5 weeks today and went at the wkend for the first time. I just kept my sports bra on and rolled down the strops so boobs were covered. As long as scars are covered you at ok! X

Ive hired a sunbed so i’ll be brown for my op.. will miss not using one for a while! .. u could always get a spray tan just keep the boobies covered around incisions xx
