Surgeon consultation

Hi all, well I am never off this forum, I have gone through the boobie bible but would like some advice on my consultation with my surgeon, booked in next Thursday with Dr Traynor and have some topics and ideas I want to discuss, but some advice of what to expect and if you walked away thinking I should said/done this??
