Hi girls. I am so scared that words can’t describe it. At this rate by my admission time which is 1.30 pm (Natural look Clinic) I will be going mental. Do you know if I am allowed to take paracetamol ?Headache is killing me this morning . I cannot believe it’s actually today

I had a headache on the day, I think from the stressing and not having as much fluid as usual. I was told no paracetamol. Your headache will settle once the process gets started.

Dont take anything .. try and read to relax yourself or sleep if you can. My surgery ended up being 5.30 and I was like you so nervous. It will soon come around, what is the lastest time you can drink any water? If you still can have lots as will relieve headache and massage your temples. Can u watch a film or anything. goodluck it will be over before you know it xx

Good luck Maggie you’ll be fine. I’m a nervous wreck when it comes to hospitals and needles and honestly if I can do it anyone can lol! It goes so quick once your there and before you know it it’ll all be over with. Just keep yourself occupied while waiting and when your there take deep breaths I really found that helped me stay calm.
As for the headache try a cold compress or 4head

Hi there ladies. Operation went well – as per what Mr Kazzazi said. Conscious sedation – nothing to worry bout guys – i was knocked out within 5 minutes entering theatre. Lovely staff ! Looking after you at all stages . I am back home now and the worst thing was a travel – each bump or turn – u can feel it. Im in bed now awaiting 24:00 o clock to dose myself up with paracetamol nd ibuprofen. I recon the worst is yet to cum but I am ready to take it on my chest now hahha. Results are not very visible due to strapping so after 34 years of life I will still need to wait another week to judge but they seem to look ok. Lets hope for the best now . Xxx

Glad your operation went well! So nice to read that the conscious sedation thing isnt anything to worry about! Im booked in for surgery on 23rd with Mr Kazzazi at Doncaster, got my pre-op on 13th, did they do much at pre-op? Thanks xx

Thanks girls. Taking it steady. Not had best sleep ever but hey I survived. I am trying to move about as much as possible but I can’t get up from bed without help. I won’t b lying – it does hurt but I org pain killers I seem to be ok. I don’t want to overdo it but at the same time do not want to get stiff. Trying to move my arms as much as I can as well. Nipples went a little bit swollen and extra sensitive. And yes conscious sedation is the way forward. Can’t imagine myself going under general anasthesia – that tube thing petrifies mi to death and lets b honest the recovery after it is not going he easiest either. I was told I may wake up for a little while but I will not even remember it. TBH I did not even remember how I moved from the operating table to wheel chair and how they put my dressing gown on. I ll keep u posted on recovery soon xxx

@katie26 -pre op is just the actual confirmation you want to go ahead with what you were suggested in terms of implants on the initial appointment. They go through everything all over again with you to make sure u understand risks and realistic objectives. What size r you going for ? Mine are looking perfect for the frame and I had 350cc . Never wanted unnatural look. Xxx

Day 1 i made myself get up every 90 min and walk round. Today i managed a 3 mile walk although it took 2 hours. Just build up slowly

Omg. You are only 4 days post op. I don’t think I’ll be anywhere near your achievements on day 4 but I ll follow your advice and do some more walking tomorrow nd gradually increase it every day.

I did a short walk yesterday probably about a mile so it was gradual. I walked to sainsburys yesterday had a brew and walked back very slowly. Today i walked to m&s had a brew and a scone and walked back again slowly. It was quite mild outside too wouldnt have done it otherwise.

Hi ladies, never posted on a forum before so sorry if this is not forum etiquette! I’ve got my op tomorrow at natural look. I’m so nervous but excited at the same time. I’m a big baby with needles so that’s scaring me slightly too but reading on here suggests I have nothing to worry about. Is there anything you wish you knew before you had you had your op? Any top tips?! I’m getting 450cc x

Prepare yourself mentally and physically that the first few days are gonna be difficult. You need someone who will look after you after operation for the first few days. Do not worry. The surgery itself is like a five minute thing – it will be done before you know it. Just prepare yourself that you might need to wait for your operation a little longer. Mine was approx 2 hours after submission time but there were girls who waited more than that. Take book, tablet or anything to keep yourself occupied so the waiting does not make you run away haha. Be brave. U’ll b just fine. Xxx

Aw thanks! I think I’ve got things covered for being looked after – the other half is in charge and I’m going to milk it for all it’s worth! I’ll make sure I’ve got something to watch while I wait – thanks for the advice! Hope your recovery is going well! Xx

@fh86 – im 3 days PO and I am still alive lol. Not feeling the best but that’s just due to lack of sleep. Just cannot sleep on my back at 45 degrees- whole body hurts like mad- I would say I get more pain from sleeping than from operation … mad but I’m sure I’ll get there eventually … good luck for today and keep us posted on your progress Hun xx

Wooo I did it! I was so nervous this morning! My arrival time was 2pm so having woken up at 5.30am it felt like a massively long wait. I’m home now and being looked after 🙂 the team at the clinic were so great! I can’t speak highly enough of them! On the road to recovery now. Feel so great!!!! ????????
