    Mya’s suggestions:
What do you pack for a Day Case?
    Form of photographic ID
Pre and post-op information including relevant contact details
    Hospital/Clinic address
    Slippers
Dressing gown (some patients get cold or like the comfort of personal items)
    Reading material, book or magazines
    iPad/Mobile phone
    Chargers!
    Sports bra (if applicable)
Pillow (personal choice for comfort for patients traveling home)
    Roller ball deodorant (after)
    Hair bobble
    Baby wipes

I would also add lip balm as general anaesthetic gives you really dry lips and a good face moisturiser too

I’ve just got home post surgery yesterday, I literally took bare minimal stuff as if your like me you can’t move to even un pack your bag. All I found I needed was your Macom bra r whatever bra you have chosen, an iPad/ phone and charger. Ear plugs (essential) and some loose clothing to go home in. I did pack a mini shower gel just to give a little freshen up before I got dressed but that was a massive struggle!

Oh and most importantly!!! I sent my boyfriend out to the shop when I got back from recovery to go ge a V pillow – I honestly wouldn’t have slept at all without it!

Thanks @gemajones92 I’m stressing so much about the day now I bought my v pillow the other day and I’m borrowing my boyfriend zip up hoodie but I’ve seen girls packing loads of stuff like creams and extra bandages so I’ve so confused. I hope your recovery is going well and not to much pain xx
