Is it ok to take bra off for a bit, say an hour?
I’m 3 weeks post op and it’s such relief to take the bra off for a bit haha! But forgot to ask nurse on last check if it’s ok to have a little break from the bra

Thank you! It is such relief to have it off for a bit. Can’t wait to be able to wear normal bras, especially with the hot weather coming up xx

I know I had my six week check up Friday and finally got them measured Saturday so nice to be able to wear a normal bra at long last! I can now actually wear all the clothes I want to. I got so fed up of my Marcom bra I some sports bras that went better under clothing and just wore my marcom at night! I also found the sports bras more supportive. Xx

Michelle I really can’t wait to wear a normal bra!
We had nice weather for a couple of days and these bras just aren’t nice under summer clothes!
I’m 3 weeks post op today so another 3 weeks of these surgery bras. But at least I will be in normal bras by summer. Xx

one day I think they look smaller and then the next I think they look bigger! So trying not to take too many pics, or become too obsessed ha!
Sounds like you’re really pleased with yours, hope I will be too xx

I know what you mean! I went through a phase around four weeks thinking I had gone to small! Think i looked at them so much I didn’t appreciate how good and actually big they were! I now love them and they are the perfect size for my frame! And I’m over the moon with my results so far! They really do change so much week by week! Good luck with your recovery and hope you end up with the result you want I’m sure they will look amazing xxx

Hi Michelle, glad you’re enjoying your new assets!! Just wondering what sports bras you found that were good other then your macom one? I’ve got my op coming up but because of my non-existent boobs I’m so used to not wearing a bra!! Think I’m going to struggle wearing one 24/7 afterwards!! Xx

Hi felicity I went with the advice of a friend who also had a boob job and she went to sports direct! They are just Lonsdale sports bras two for £13 they are super supportive and a total bargain I have literally lived in mine from two weeks post op once got strapping off and check up from nurse. They do them in cup size but guessed with 325cc implants I’d be a large c so went for 36c and fitted perfectly. Hope this helps xxx good luck with your journey you will be fine!!! Xx
