Teardrop implants>round??

I’m getting breast enlargement in August (hopefully) and awaiting my next consult to discuss sizes and implant types. I feel like all I’ve been doing these past few weeks are research and think about what implant I want. I’m quite short 5ft2 9 stone (carry more weight on my leg area) and have a small chest area and the last consult I went to with another surgeon said the biggest I could go would be 275cc which I accept however will see if the new surgeon I’m going with will see if I can go any bigger. I have barely any breast tissue at the minute (attached images) so I’m really worried about the fake round ring look at the top and worried that there will be too much volume above the nipple compared to the bottom if I was to get round implants, (as I feel I naturally have little tissue below the nipple as it is)..this is when I started to think about the teardrop implants. My worry with these however are that they won’t feel as natural due to the thicker gel it’s made from and that they may sag/drop more in many years time. I then went back to looking at round as I heard round drop to a teardrop eventually anyway but would the more volume up top drop to down below like the teardrop or does it just drop on the chest more rather than the implant dropping below the nipple (if that makes sense😂) Was just wondering if anyone with teardrop implants would be willing to share some before and after pictures? And comment about how they feel and do they look a lot more natural than round up top and what do they look like in a push up bra.. ❤️

Hey. I don’t have any before pics on my new phone but you’re very similar to what I looked like pre-op. I lacked breast tissue and I got tear-drop. They look so real and it doesn’t look as though I have had surgery (if the natural look is what you’re going for then I recommend). I got 310cc anatomical and went from an A cup to D. I‘m just over 6 months post-op & couldn’t be happier with the results x

Hi! I’m only petite too however 5,5’. Ive been doing so much research and I think the best thing I’ve done is follow my surgeons patients and ask what they’ve had. Seems as if round under the muscle has the same effect as teardrop ! My mum has had teardrop and they look amazing but I’m worried about the risk of rotation as I’m still yet to have kids so they will change! When are you booked in for ?

Oh wow really! Yeah I definitely want the natural look but want them to look a lot bigger to make up for lost time😂 is there any chance you have any pictures now? Feel like there’s only ever pictures of round online hard to find pictures after with teardrops- I could send you my email/number if possible or if there’s an option to send on here x

Hi thanks for your reply Gabriela, that’s a good idea! I’ll do that. Yeah that was another worry of mine too 😒 So much to think about with the shape. Yeah I’ve not had kids yet either didn’t even think about that! I’m booked in for my next consult next month but will likely be pushed back a bit and booked in for surgery end of August, only had a skype call with him atm x

I had round smooth implants 8 weeks ago, my surgeon told me that they do drop into the shape of a tear drop.

Considering mine are round, my boobs are quite bottom heavy. I’ve attached a photo to kind of help you out, hope it does.

They look perfect i’d be so made up with them. What were yours like before? i’d 100% get round if they were to look like yours and have a lot of volume at the bottom as well however i’m worried as my boobs now (attached images on my first message) i feel i don’t have a lot of volume under the nipple to begin with.. so did you have a lot of space under the nipple before?

Mine looked literally exactly the same as yours, I don’t have any before pictures. I’m sure my surgeon said I only had 1 inch of breast tissue 😂 x
