Too painful on my stiches to wear sports bra

Hi all
Oh my god I’m in so much pain 1 week past op.
The stiches on my right are just so painful I’ve had to take my bra off now wearing just a support band on them…will I fuvking it up?
I don’t know what to do living on co codomol x

I put padded gauze under the band for abit of cushioning as the band was literally rubbing away at my stitches and I found it really helped me I just got it from boots x
