    Hey again!
    So many questions hah!
So, on the way back from the op my friend has offered to pick me up from London back to Bristol. But to give lol her tank of petrol 70 quid! I’m trying to avoid much cost as possible as this op has made me in finical difficulties. I know it seems silly but I’m just trying to save as much money as I can.
I looked at mega bus and it’s only £9 haha! I know I’m going to be in a lot of pain but I got my boyfriend coming with me and all the esssentials to keep me comfy as possible! Has anyone travelled on the bus back before or should I just suck it up and pay the petrol. Of course I am very grateful of her offering. But just looking at other options as well xxx

Hey, I personally wouldn’t recommend getting the bus. In my head before my op I thought oh it’ll just be a little bit of pain and I’ll be so drugged up I can get the train back with my boyfriend. What I didn’t take in to consideration was the after effects of the anaesthetic and I was really sick with it. I know if I had to get on a bus whilst being sick it would of stressed me out massively! I luckily only live a 20 minute drive away from the Fitzroy so I got a taxi and the nurses gave me lots of sick buckets for the journey.
Have you asked the hospital about staying overnight? Or even checked Airbnb? Xx

    Hi honey.

I really couldn’t think of anything worse than getting a coach. Does it have any stop offs? Will it be stuffy? How many people will be on it? You could be really sick after depending on how you react to the anaesthetic. (I luckily wasn’t so I hope this is the case for you too!) what about staying nearby overnight and travelling home the next day? Xxx
