Well, I never thought in a million years I’d be able to say I’ve got beautiful boobs.
    But I have.
I suppose many girls feel this way after breast enlargement but for me, this has been emotionally life changing.
I have never been fortunate enough in the boob department to say I’ve had nice or average boobs.
I was a 34a with slightly tubular breast- more the left, I’m 5.5 and I weigh about 9.5
I’ve had 300/325 hp partials and a nipple tuck.
My boobs was not the average empty flat they was also tubular.. best way to describe this is pointy and didn’t have a rounded shape like a natural boob would have.
I hated my top half, always comtemplating what bras I needed for which tops.. what outfits would look ‘ok’ and then in the end I turned into a granny that wore loose tops just so I wouldn’t feel awful when I look at my flat, boney chest. Nothing and I mean nothing felt nice on me and the last straw was going on holiday and having my mother sow chicken fillets into my bikini because my breast simply would not fill an a cup bikini.
So ladies and gents I did it, I had the breast enlargement and you know what, I’ve not only got breast now but I’ve actually got beautiful breast. My whole experience has been brilliant and I can’t fault anything or anyone anywhere!!
My only regret is that I didn’t have this done sooner, I feel amazing already. I’m only 1 wpo now but the changes have been phonmenol.
I thought I’d have improved breast, I didn’t realise I would have beautiful breast. I didn’t think I could achieve this! My surgeon did and I will never forget him or what he’s done for me.
    I’m absolutely thrilled 🙂
I will try to upload a pic once I’ve figured how to shrink the pictures.

@jenandmax1 this is so lovely to hear and I’m so happy for you! It really is so emotional, the whole journey! If you download the Pic Collage app you can put a before and after photo on the same picture and then save it to your phone and it will be small enough for you to upload onto here. We would all love to see your results xxx

THe before picture doesn’t do how bad they were any justice with my nipple being erect. I should of got one from the side. When I get my before and after pictures I’ll upload them. If anyone wants anymore pictures or advice etc I’m happy to help. Xx

    Hey babe

Wow they look amazing!! Did you have a crescent lift?! I’m having a donut lift so my scar will go all around my nipple! Who was your surgeon? X

Thank you!! I had a nipple tuck, so just the top of my nipple has been cut and stitched, not all of it. I’ll take some pictures tonight when I take my tape off. I’m advised to keep this tape on them for 6 weeks, it helps with healing.
My surgeon was Mr Mahdi xx

@jenandmax1 thank you I’ve found your thread, honestly I don’t think your boobs looked bad to start with but they look fab now! I think mine are actually more tubular than yours were, I’ve never really had anything to compare mine with but it’s looking like I’ll have to have a tuck too then 🙁 does it make any difference cost wise or recovery wise? Looking at your pics has made me even more determined to sort mine out! Xxx

@jenandmax1 sorry forgot to ask, what size are you now? I was hoping to end up with a C/no bigger than a D with 300cc unders max. Xx

My picture of before doesn’t justify the tubular boob, also with my nipple erect. From the front it’s hard to tell, where as from the side is where you could really make it out.
I had 300 cc hp in one and 325 in another. I’m now 3 weeks post op
The nipple lift I can’t really comment on so far, apparently it reduces the tubular look but I’ve still got the tape on. My scars are healing so well and recovery has been fine. Xx

Cost wise yes, it was slightly more and recovery no, I’ve exactly how everyone else is xx

@jenandmax1 thank you, I’m just fed up of it now, my boyfriend has only ever seen mine once and we’ve been together a year and a half, it wasn’t until I got with him that I realised how self conscious I was about them. So glad you’re happy with yours now! I’ll send you a message xx

Yeah please do, I’ve just taken some pictures now without the plasters and I’m so happy.
I understand exactly how you feel too, it’s not just the fact they are small it’s that they are pointy, small and don’t make you feel very feminine. That’s how I was anyways. My partner was 100 percent behind me and always tells me I’m beautiful but it’s how you feel inside and about yourself. I never got undressed in front of him or if I did I’d turn my back. The only time I felt half comfortable is when my nipples were erect, that made the shape slightly better. Xx
