Tubular breasts

Hi ladies I’m going for my surgeon consultation on Thursday with dr gianni.
I am only 5ft1 and roughly 8stone.
My current boobs are a 32b.
I keep reading stories of girls not being happy with the size the surgeon is letting them go to.
I don’t want to look massive and ridiculous but I want them to be big enough to see a big change.

Does any ladies have any pics with tubular before and after please.

This is my before and after. I have 350cc overs and I have tubular breasts before surgery, I’m 2 weeks post op today and I am so happy. It’s been a journey that’s for sure emotionally and physically ! I was told I need an uplift because my nipples are a few cm’s wrong – I went against this advice and I’m so happy still! From personal experience listen to the surgeons advice when it comes to size. My dr said he didn’t want me to go any bigger than 350 – this worried me as I had been looking for photos and they didn’t look big at all.. I went against my gut and boob greed and had 350 and they’re big enough and still look so natural! I was a 36b and I am now tight in my T-shirt’s big enough to see a different but not massive uncomfortable ‘fake’ boobs! Hope this helps you, let me know if you need any help xx

Hi! I had tubular breasts before and they were very asymmetrical so I’ve had 460cc’s and they still look really natural and not much bigger, I’m 4 weeks post op and was a 34b not sure what size I am yet but I think it’ll be around a D. Having a little issue with the swelling under one boob but they are looking really good. Hope everything goes well with your consultation x

Okay finally got it to work!

Ohhh wow Georgia. Yours look perfect(previous pic is exact how mine look :(.
It just makes me so unhappy, I really can not wait to feel good in my self.

Hiya,
Im about to have my first consultation for correcting my tuberous breasts, from photos mine seem more on the mild side. I would really just like implants ideally but worried an uplift will be needed. are you still happy that you went with just implants? thanks
