Tubular breasts fixing without an implant ? possible ?

Hey, i’m currently doing some research into as i struggle with it myself. My boobs them self i’m quite fine with, when my nipples are erect i have no problems at all. Its the puffiness of my areola i want sorting.
After doing some research all i can get an understanding of is that i will have to implants to sort it out, which i don’t particular want but i’m fed up of not feeling confident in bed because of it.
A few things that i found is an areola reduction which i feel is what i want, but i also found out that sometimes before they put implants in they cut whats constricting your breast from dropping underneath your nipple ( if you know what i mean). but other than that cant find any other information .
Ideally i’d just like them to cut whats constricting it and fix the areola but have no idea if they can fix this without an implant.

Hi Laura. I would book a free consultation and go and talk to a PC or surgeon, they will be able to have a look at your breasts and tell you what they can do for you! But just to let you know I too had puffy areolas but hardly any breasts. I had implants under the muscle and now my areolas look completely flat to my boob look completely normal – im so pleased with my outcome I have so much more confidence now. I had Dr Traynor for my BA. What size are your breasts now? X

I’m a 34C. I have been thinking about implants but I’ve got a lot worries about them. Like them rupturing and then having to pay to get them done again sort of thing , or them not fixing my areola. I’m currently on holiday at my mum’s so i’ll book my consultation when i get back.
Its something I’ve wanted to fix for along time but never thought it was really possible until i started researching about it. xx

I had tubular and had 325cc implants. I think implants would be better because it corrects the shape of your breasts. They’ll still be snoopy looking when you fix the nipple and if you cut whats restricting the bottom you won’t have fatt tissue to fill the underneath for the appearance of a normal boob as you never developed there. Or if you get implants you may find you now don’t need to alter the nipple at all. Mine are flat on my implant now and not puffy at all.
