Need some help! Having my op beginning of July. I’m worried that if I decide to have overs, they’re going to look very fake! But with unders the recovery is much longer apparently? Please can someone show me before and afters????

It depends on the breast tissue you already have.
Unders are usually done on very petite ladies with not much breast tissue. So they go under the muscle so the implant isn’t covered by basically just skin. If there’s more breast tissue present they’ll do overs, as it’s over the muscle but it’s still under the breast tissue. They’d only suggest overs if they feel you have enough breast tissue to cover the implant and blend it in xx

I had 350cc overs with Dr Mounir I was a 32A/B before and I’ve already tried some bras on and I’m currently a 32DD! I was really worried that overs would look fake but Dr Mounir advised that I had enough breast tissue before that they wouldn’t look fake. I’ve attached a before and after comparison which is only at 16 days post op so they’ve still got to drop and settle but very happy with the results!

Hi, I’m having 300cc unders in January. I was told that it’s not longer recovery but just a bit more sore than overs to have under! From the results iv seen they are just as nice as overs ☺️ Xx

…and take a bit longer to see the result as they take a bit longer to settle xx
