Under the muscle photos & experience? Help please!

Hey lovely ladies.

I’ve just met with my surgeon ( Not with MYA ) I’m javing an uplift & augmentation to correct my asymmetry & give more of a round symmetrical look, HOWEVER I didn’t anticipate them suggesting the best option for me would be under the muscle?? So I’m worried about the pain & recovery time, but mainly I’m worried about how they would look.

My boyfriend seems to think they’re going to look horrible like ‘man pecs’ & generally not nice at all. Can anyone post the before & afternoon photos please? Also, I’ve got quite tubular breasts so if anyone is the same let me know how you got on!! Thanks 🙂

I had 365cc under the muscle 4 weeks tomorrow I took a week off work , was uncomftable but not manageable pain xx

Ah Belk they look great! I hope I’m not in extra pain due to having an uplift 🙁 I’m not going to be great with the process I don’t think, like the different stages they go through to look ‘normal’ ahhhh

I know mine are still so high at the min and they are looking small it takes months for them to be like real boobs it’s just a waiting game 🙁 @hrrose xx

Hi I also had tubular breasts I had 350cc partials yesterday at the Fitzroy I’m so pleased but in loads of pain today! Luckily my other half is here doing everything for me

I had 390cc unders on 14th Feb, very little pain from the start, only took paracetamol for the first 5 days then nothing since. Slight tightness and restricted arm movements but everything back to normal now. Worst thing for me was sleeping upright, or not sleeping should I say!! x

@kaylagreen They look so good I bet you’re really pleased! I just really want the symmetry & fullness at the top because I’ve never had any.. & my surgeon stresssd it’s improvement & not perfection, I just hope I’m not disappointed 🙁

@bekkilee93 That’s what I’m not looking forward too! The different phases they’ll go through until they’re fully settled, I know for a fact I won’t take it well! But yours are already awesome!!

Your boyfriend must have just seen some pics of unders that were soon after postop to think that. Under the muscle implants are supposed to be the most natural looking (for MOST preop breast types). Here are mine around 1-2 weeks postop – originally a 32A preop, with 350cc high profile under the muscle implants
