Unders After Pics?

Hey girls,

I am almost dead set on having high profile 430cc unders next month – I’m a 34B now and hoping to achieve DD/E.

Are any girls who have had similar sized unders able to share some after pics of their amazing results?

I really want to have unders because I can’t bear the thought of seeing any rippling through my skin (I have very little natural breast tissue left at the top of my breasts following losing 3 stones and 3 pounds over the last 12 months) and because a lady I work with who previously worked as a nurse on plastics for 18 years advised me that they will take longer to sag due to the muscle providing extra support for them and so for long term results this would be better for me.

I am only concerned because I am after quite a round, fake look. Can I still achieve this with unders?

I had 450cc dual plane under’s, I’m only just 6 weeks post op, I was a 34a pre op, I have my 6 check next week so after that I will get measured, I think I will be a d cup x

I had 450cc partials which is apparently the same as unders just some surgeons call it different names , I was a 32a before I did have 365cc but got them replaced to 450cc after 7 months I was a 32DD Before with my old implants and my bras don’t fit now xxx

Rebekah they are stunning! Absolutely perfect! You look amazing! If my results end up anything like yours I think I will actually die of happiness!

I’m actually wondering if 430cc is going to be big enough for me now! Seeing lots of great results from larger implants at the moment.

I had 350cc hp partials and went from a b to an F (aimed for a d/dd) so glad I didn’t go bigger implants or god knows what I would’ve ended up! Lol hope all goes well with your surgery!! Exciting times!! Xx

Thankyou !! Honestly I wouldn’t get any smaller I really wasnt t happy with my 365cc I was still wearing padded bras !! I measured a 32dd but looked more of a b/c cup I was gutted implants always measure bigger ! Xxx

Wow it’s so hard to predict what size you’ll end up isn’t it, it translates into something completely different for everyone! Really hope 430cc will get me to at least a DD but I would be thrilled with an E. I’m not overly bothered about the actual size anyway, it’s all about how they look of course. I want them to be really prominent and obvious. My surgeon said the biggest he would let me go is 430cc so I guess that’s what I’ll be having, regardless! Just got to hope it will be enough. Can’t wait to get it done now and get my recovery started!

I think you’ll be a E definitely!!, I was a A cup to start with and your a B so I defiantly think you will be bigger than a DD, good luck 🙂 xxx

It’s so interesting how different sized implants measure so differently on people, with mine I would have been happy with a full d/dd so my surgeon recommended 350cc and ended up an F yet someone else might end up smaller/bigger with the same! Xx

I’m now a 30 DD/E and I only had 275cc unders and was a A cup before . Picture Before, 1 week, 1 year
