Hi I’m 6 days post op and still struggling with the pain, I’m back to work 2 weeks post op and self employed so can’t take any more time away.
My boobs are still very hard and high up almost square looking how long before anyone who’s had unders dropped a little?
    Any help is much appreciated
    Thank you x

Hi nikki I had 375 UHP unders too on March 18th. The pain does get better I was off for 2 weeks the pain eased alot and I was able to d alot more by say day 8-10 you just wake up one morning and suddenly feel better. Also the squareness does go I’d say after 4 weeks mine looked really more round and they come out alot more unders are definitely growers. I’ve ended up a 30/32E and was an a/b to start with so you may e d up a similar size. They will drop and fluff lovely it’s hard cuz u want to see the finished result ASAP but trust me theyl look fab x

Glad yours are better for you now, I’m wearing a 32DD post op bra now and that’s even tight so prob will end up an E like you I think.
they look huge when I take my bra off!
Do you have any recent pics now with how they’ve dropped a bit?
I’ve tried uploading pics here but doesn’t let me how do you do it? Xx

Yea it’s crazy I don’t think mine look like an E because you get used to them and I even have days where I feel small but everyone says there big but in photos they always look bigger than what I see them as. I use an image resizer on google il try and attatch some photos it’s a bit tricky tryna shrink them xx

Oh good luck hope ur healing okay Im such a slow healer so didn’t chance getting my Incisions wet for like 3 weeks. I do like them yea it’s strange they can change shape overnight so I always stil sleep in my macom after the 6 weeks it sorta moulds them into a nice shape I found. Not long and urs will look similar feels like forever but itl fly round. Who was ur surgeon bdw? Xx

I have Macom bra but I also have marks and Spencer’s post op bra which I’m wearing now and find that comfortable that’s a 32DD at the moment and even tight lol
Do you wear any kind of bra through the day now? Underwide , padding’ etc

Oh same surgeon 😀 yea I wear under wire bras etc now it was weird at start and took a bit to get used to the first few days where so uncomfortable but really used to them now. I hated the macom at the start though it used to irritate them as they where so sensitive so probs best in ur m and s one for now I’ve heard a few ppl mention them they must be rly good.

I’m not 8 days post up hun and I feel my boobs have gone smaller 🙁 did you go through this at first before they went bigger again ? I feel they was bigger when I first had them done and a few days in and now some of the swelling has gone I feel they’ve gone smaller … do you feel they do get bigger again? Or didn’t you experience the same worry as me xx
