Were any of you told not to wear underwire bras until you’ve seen the surgeon at 12 weeks ?
That’s what my nurse said at 6 week appointment although she did say I can get measured and wear a normal non wired bra.
So I went to get measured at weekend, went in boux avenue and she said no point measuring me until I can wear wired bras and the only non wired they have is bralets (no support) , so I then went in Ann summers to be told the same thing. So I’ve not even been measured yet 🙁 want to know my size!
I want to get a non wired one as my macoms have lost their tightness now they’ve been washed several times and I don’t see the surgeon for another month !

Hey Hun, give m&s a try as they do sell non wired bras that are more supportive than bralets. Or you can always get measured and buy a bra from one of the other shops, just don’t wear it for a few weeks 🙂 xx

I was told the same.. no underwire until after week 12 appointment. However boux avenue measured me and gave me a ton of underwire bra’s ”to just try” even though I did tell them I don’t want underwire. Try Debenhams they have quite a big selection of non wired bra’s and will measure you too xx
