Unsure on post op bra size

Hi ladies. Just after a bit of advice. I’m due to have 9 year old implants replaced and have read lots of posts on here about bras. I will be buying a Macom Ibra I think in a medium and also the Asda zip up and M&S zip up sports bras. Currently a 34B and having 410cc anotomical implants. Surgeon said to expect to double in size so do you think I get the sports bras in a 34D? X

I’d say bigger maybe. I’m currently 32a (empty b) and I’m having 350cc. My patient co ordinaries told me to get 34D. She recommended going up a back size to allow for swelling.
