Uplift & 400cc implants 1WPO

I had my 1 week post op check up yesterday and had my dressings removed and I’m really not happy 🙁 They are so uneven and one is so much bigger than the other, my nipples are such different heights as well. I am REALLY hoping this is going to improve over time?! Feels so disheartening but I’m so inpatient!

Oh no Charlotte what did the nurse say about it ? What profile implant did you get it looks like your left one is put in sideways or something,what are your pre op breast like because I know when I spoke to my surgeon before my op he said to that one of my breast were bigger thus having more skin so that one would always be bigger even after my uplift also aswell one of mine have already dropped could one of yours of dropped already? Has it softened etc xx

Who was your surgeon charlotte? Theres something doesnt look quite right there i get a bit of assymmetry but that is quite a lot x

@charliebabex @laura210693 hi guys, I saw my surgeon yesterday. I had it done privately and paid an absolute fortune as he was recommended to us so I feel really disappointed. He was so pleased with the results like was genuinely shocked and thought they looked really good which is what I don’t understand?!! My right boob is definitely softer at the top and left still feels really swollen but I didn’t expect them to look so bad. I had two different size implants as my boobs were very asymmetric to start 400ccs in the left and 250 in the right but he told me they would be very very similar. I’m just not sure what to think 🙁 xx

Oh wow I really don’t no what to say hun I know that you would probably have to wait atleast till the 6 weeks before anyone would even consider revision surgery I think your left one probably should of had a bigger implant because your right one looks lovely on your frame maybe when everything has settled the left one will drop into the pocket other than that hun if it doesn’t by 6 wks I would defo demand revision off your surgeon chin up tho lovely think we’ve all got a long way to go yet before they’re how they are soposed to be xx

Oh hun try not to worry, I had uplift and implants and the 1st week I hated them, one looked higher than the other and my insision was also higher than the other one but after a couple of weeks they started to drop and even out, I’m 9 weeks post op and they look the same, you need to give them a few weeks to settle and then if you don’t see a change than I would 100% go back to your surgeon xx

@vbig Thanks Hun this has reassured me, I think I just need to be patient and wait for them to look better. Hope you’re loving yours! I can’t wait to be a few more weeks post op! Xxx

Glad u feel reassured 🙂 we are all impatient and want them perfect straight away but just give them time 🙂 it might seem like a long journey but it goes quick! yes loving mine now although I do have moments where I wish I had gone a bit bigger ha ha
