So the big day is next Saturday! I’m wondering about the kinds of things people have found really hard to do. Mainly those who have gone under the muscle.

What kind of things are painful to do? Like everyday simple things etc? I’ll have someone with me most the time for the first week at least, but in the day I’ll be on my own for a few hours. Thanks guys!

    Sneezing, that is painful!
The rest is tightness. If you are lack of confidence and not in best shape, you might find basic things a little difficult. Strap/band they put on you, limits you a bit, but you have to remeber not to use your arms and try to get up using every other muscle of your body but arms. Yeah sounds easy but its not. If its just few hours you are going to be alone, first you are lucky, second you can just have a nap, trust me, you will need it:)

I’m not unfit really, I mean I work out if that’s what you mean? I guess I’m just completely anticipating the worst!

Hey, everyone was just keep saying Ill be ok and well, I am:)
if you have strong core you will be fine. Pulling panties up after toilet is hard, but you’ll find your way. Anything heavier than cup of tea, has its results at night and trust me that will wake you up, so dont lift anything for your own good. My first night post op was fine but later… had 3 days on pills cause It was really painfull, but then I managed without them. You will hate the band/strap. First week is worse with that on. Restricts your movement, sore ribs hurt twice as much, breathing is uncomfortable. Unfortunatelly, it keeps implants in place, to make your final boobs look gorgeous, so despite anything, dont take it off unless adviced. As swelling goes it becomes less uncomfortable up to the point, you feel weird going for a shower, when you are allowed to, as you have to take it off. I dont want to lie to you or hide anything. Just pointing out facts that many girls will agree with me, but choose not to scare anyone.
    Any more questions? Just ask:)
