Uplift?? Thoughts?

I went for me consultation with Mr Marcellino on Thursday and he suggested a lift, he’s the second surgeon if seen and the other didn’t suggest one so now am wondering what would be best, but he say he would do just a ba.. going for 375/400/425 overs HP… from my picture what do u guys think??

I think for now BA only will be fine. However on the long run you might need an uplift as you’re already borderline and having big implants 400 or 425 which have the tendency to cause sagging because of their weight

I’d say if your trying to avoid a lift then go with a smaller implant Hun as going for the 400cc and up will only add increased weight to your boobs causing them to sag and you could end up needed a uplift sooner rather than later xxx

Hey bub yours look pretty much the same as mine did before the surgery! I had to get 2 opinions as the first surgeon said only an uplift and the second one didn’t even mention it haha I had 300cc because I was a 32C before hand and honestly it’s the best thing I’ve ever done, you just have to accept that in a few years they might sag a little but aslong as you don’t mind that you’ll be fine! 🙂 x

What size are u now hun? I was 32D and I had Mr Marcellino I had 375cc I’m so pleased I didn’t have uplift yet as I’m happy at the moment I wish they were a little bigger at time but I’m 2 weeks post op today so prob just boob greed! What size did he offer you up to? Just be realistic about your outcome, I didn’t want the fake look I wanted natural and even the nurse this evening commented how natural looking they were….. I’m fully prepared to need an uplift a good few years down the line but like I say I’m happy right now! Xx

Thanks girls filled me up with abit more confidence lol am 34b at the moment and he offer 375,400,425 … one surgeon didn’t mention a lift and mr Marcellino said lift is an option so it left my questioning what is best cuz it’s a lot of money to hate the results xx

I personally don’t think you need a lift, my boobs are quite similar to yours, mya said a lift was needed and offered me 275cc overs.. I have had a consultation somewhere else and he’s said I can get a larger implant (500cc) under the muscle which will fill out the slight sag I have, and when I tried the 500cc on I loved them, I left the consultation very happy and giddy. I would defo suggest shopping around a little and go with what feels best as I 100% wanted to go with mya but after I met a few others I’ve changed my mind x

If you don’t want an uplift go under the muscle as the weight of bigger implants over the muscle will eventually make your boobs sag & it would be a shame to spend so much money & then need an uplift sooner xx
