John Lewis’ v shaped pillow – I tried it in store and was honestly the comfiest and most supportive v shaped pillow. I’ve tested (and I’ve tested a lot)I’m currently enroute to London as my surgery is at 7am tomorrow, but will let you know the name when I get to hotel Xx

I wouldn’t bother with v pillow I’ve had 5 ops now and I used these ones as the pillow hurts your neck also 2 long pillows I’ve got helps take the prsseure off your lower back and stops you slipping down in the night and more comfy x

I’ve ordered the Argos pillow and am thinking of getting an Ikea one also. Considered getting a wedge pillow too!!

@Abi- I was in and out of sleep for the most part of yesterday, last night was rough but starting to feel better this afternoon. I had 375 under the muscle with little breast tissue so tight and sore but very happy with result xx

@paula- all you need is comfy outfit to change in to post surgery. I wore track suit with zip up jumper. You need something way to change it into.
