    Hey all.

Im having Vaser liposuction on my stomach area and flanks at the end of the month (February) and was hoping if theres anyone out there who has before and after pics of their procedure with Dr, Joffeli. He didn’t show me any of his previous work in our consultation, not that I’m worried but i would definitely like to see his work as i’m praying he will take out as much fat as possible!

I did ask in my consultation with him how much will he remove, he said 3 litres, but not much else was said. I must say Dr. Joffeli is a lovely man and was totally willing to operate on my flanks as an addition if it bothers me. Thankfully my PC quoted me for two areas, so i encouraged Joffeli to take it all out since I’m paying for it! However i kind of wish i showed him pictures of the results i would like to have.
All pictures I’ve seen from other surgeons at MYA have been great however not all patient have been given much of a curvy waistline. I’m not saying i want to look like Kim Kardashian, but i would like to feel womanly as I have quite a curvy bottom half, so would like the top to flow in shape.

Anyways, my surgery is booked for next week so maybe ill have a quick chat with him whilst I’m on the table. Anyone who has had stomach vaser with Jeoffeli recently I would much appreciate your advice and tips. I will be sharing before and after photos once all complete.

    Wish me luck!

    Hi Katie
I had my surgery yesterday and I feel pretty good.
Dr joffeli is a really nice man and made me feel comfortable. He told me that my results would depend on my diet, so I’m really eager to see what difference has been made. They removed 2.75 litres of fat and the garment isn’t as uncomfortable as I imagined. I was up and walking (a little hunched over) right after my surgery and the nurses were pretty shocked I was so active! The only thing that’s a little annoying is that I can’t sleep flat but have to keep my feet elevated and a bunch of pillows behind my back. I slept okay through the night but woke up at 5am! Feeling like a ton of bricks was laying on my chest. I guess I had swelled up over night. So I got up and took a quick walk around the house and took an ibuprofen.

Oh also! My wounds above my vagina are leaking like crazy! It’s a light pink liquid so nothing to worry about as they explain to you. But it’s pretty embarrassing as I have to wrap a bed pad around me. And lay a few on my bed. I find that it leaks every few hours, so my garment gets pretty drenched and feels a little awkward. Can’t wait to change it!

I will post some pics once I have seen the nurse on Monday and am allowed to take of my garment for an hour a day.

Hope all goes well for you!

Im pleased you are ok šŸ™‚ Sounds like you are doing really well.
I saw the nurse for the pre op yesterday and she showed me the piccie of the garment. Didn’t realise it went over your legs too. I’m only having tummy done.
Mr joffily said he was going to use my c section scar which is good as I’m still totally numb there 2 years later!
Can’t wait to see your piccie. Well done.
Have a lovely chilled out weekend xx

    Hi Katie

How exciting! Be sure to upload your progress pics, it will help you keep track and I would love to see how your results turned out. I know how painful the garment can be i hated it!! however when your free to take it off you will feel really vulnerable without it. I used to sleep in it at night just to get a bit of comfort as my skin was pretty numb.

Iā€™m 8 weeks post surgery so iā€™m trying to be patient so i’ve stopped taking progress pics because according to my measurements i have barely lost an inch. I can see obvious swelling in certain areas and my surgeon says its too soon to see many results.

    how are you feeling?

    Thanks

Hi Both, I have added you as friends, would it be possible to get your before and after pics I really want to see dr jofilly,s work before I get it done with him, now it’s been a year are you happy with the results, also the board and garment you have to wear is this easy to hide under clothes?

    Thanks
    Kelly
