Very sore nipples

I’m 3 weeks post op and feel like my bra is making my nipples so sore. I’m feeling very down as I just can’t get comfy when I sleep or even day to day activities make them so tender. Even journeys in the car are making me feel quite queezy. I’ve put cre on them and used padding to try to stop this sensitivity. Does anyone know of any tips or failing that numbing creams… maybe a breast feeding numbing cream. Anything that touches them makes me feel awful.

Same here! Im 2 weeks post op & my nipples are soooo sore. Not sure if it’s because they’re stretching or if the bra is chafing?

I used gauze dressing to cover mine in the bra. Any brush on them felt like a hot poker. It was awful. The dressing helped but best of all, it didn’t last long. Maybe a few weeks. I feel for you though. It’s an awful pain

Try placing cotton pads in your bra that helped me. I’m almost 7 weeks and mine are still sore/sensitive but not as bad as they were at your stage. It does get better it’s just a slow process xxx

My surgeon put nipple covers on me when i went for my post op appt, they have helped a lot and make them cuter to look at as i now have blue hearts on them lol

That being said…. they’re soooo sensitive!
If I get goosebumps or brush them slightly they hard and achey. I’m hoping the sensitivity will go ?
