I’m 3 weeks post op and although it’s early days I feel like my implants look so small on my frame. I have a long torso so I feel like this makes my boobs look smaller. I asked for a D cup so had 325cc & 300cc size implants but I don’t look any bigger than a C cup without clothes and a B cup with clothes. I’m so upset as the results I had in mind are not what I currently have. Also, my left is taking longer to drop and looks way smaller than my right :'(. I had barely anything to start with, I wore a 34A bra pre-op but sometimes wouldn’t even fill that, I regret not going for a bigger implant like 350 or 375 as I feel that would have given me a full D.

I have my 6 week post appt soon so will bring it up with my nurse, but realistically would I be considered for revision if I am really not happy with them? Also how long would you have to wait to have revision as I may not even be in the UK next year!

I’ve attached some photos, i feel like they look bigger in pics than they do in real life tho :/

I think they look great hun! But if there’s nothing actually wrong with them and you just want to go bigger you’d have to pay again I’m afraid! They won’t replace them with bigger for free only fix a problem xxx

Thanks Jessica, it’s just not what I had in mind at all 🙁 do you know if I’d have to pay the full amount or just for the implant prices? I wish I had gone to at leat 375cc !! xx

Hiya i think they look greaT! Dont be disheartened because its still early they still hAve to do all the dropping and fluffing then they will seem a bit bigger as the implant drops forward as the muscel relaxes. If he guaranteed you a D on his advisory size and you state how unhappy you are you maAybe in with a chance! If they say no then kick up a fuss and write it on here as they’re reputation is everything! Ive had revision. Dont worry yourself. If i were you id mension to the nurse but shell only write it on your notes and tell you to wait.. then you’ll best not worryinf about it and waiting till 3 month check up with surgeon which gives then time to fluff and see the results by then they’ll be as big as they’ll go and then you can ask him. Xx

To me they look absolutely fab!! I think for your frame, when they settle they will look more natural for your frame but if you wanted much bigger than that then perhaps you need to mention this at your next appointment although they won’t change them for you and you would have to pay to have them done again. It’s still early days maybe you could see how they settle in a few more weeks?! xx

Hi, you are so early on. Your boobs are going to change so much. Its too early to tell. They are sitting really high up. They need to drop and fluff out. I’m sure you’ll measure a D. You don’t get revision cos you want them bigger, I don’t think kicking up a fuss on here will help or make MYA respond xx
