Hi Cathy yes this is what I had along with double bubble. They changed my placement from under to over the muscle and so far they look so much better.

I’m confused at to why larger implant Hun obvs unless you have asked for larger implant usually he waterfall deformity requires an uplift of some sort as it’s sagging of the breast so in hine site putting a larger implant in with out unlift would cause the problem to becuase worse ? Unless your having an uplift aswell xx

I have attached before (Oct 2015). Before re-op (Sep 2017) and then 1 week post op after revision (oct2017)

Stacey he has said a larger implant would fill the empty space as its a mild deformity and i want to avoid uplift scaring at the mo

Amaww I see Hun I understand wanting. To avoid a lift but would s bigger implant not add extra weight on to the sagging of the breast tissue causing the problem to worsen sorry to sound soo negative with it I’d just hate d for you to have a re op for same thing to happen 4/5 months down the line and need more sugury xxx

I expressed same concern but as im ok with having a more natural shape he dosent seem concerned x
Tissue is empty behind nipple and slightly under if that makes sence, i dont have lots of loose tissue hannging off whole implant.
You cant tell by looking in clothes or even if stood topless but can feel and see there is more “free” movement where theres space x

    Hope that makes sense x

600 what he said id have to go up to
Im a34g now but look a dd-e max
I have broad shoulders and set of hips so look proportionate, i didnt go with mya so i have to cover hospital costs but surgeon is not charging for his services, so waiting on invoice with break down of charges etc
That could b the game changer as to how quick i can get revision done aswell

Def paying for my vanity lol xx

I still think i have this in my left boob. Surgeon said it wasnt last time i saw him but even though my implant has dropped more since then it still has an empty space at the bottom up to my nipple an it looks strange from the side. Going to see him again in 2 wreks so going to mention it again. I was scored 1 on ptosis pre op which i was suprised at because i thought they were worse but i think he under estimated how much loose skin i had an needed a bigger implant to fill it up xx

Im also confused at the decision to fit a larger implant, especialy if you do not have natural tissue overriding the implant, a larger implant would make them heavier and so a lift may be needed sooner than it would if you kept the implants you have now, if the cause of this is under dissection of your pocket and it needs further release then surely you should not be covering any of the costs, i would seriously consider seeking a impartial second opinion from elswhere before you head back into theatre, had you gone through MYA this revision would have been covered obviously it’s not by the company/surgeon you chose, im really sorry if thats the case but just wanted to point out if you do have a larger implant fitted to avoid an uplift and they seriously sag or bottom out through the weight they may be expecting you to cover the cost of that aswell, please get an impartial opinion Laura or this could become very financialy draining for you xxxx
