    Hey,

due to have my surgery on the 12th June, just wondering what post op bras are the best? Are the Macom bras worth the money? Also how many will I need to buy?

    Thank you xxx

Asda post op bras are amazing! I’m almost 3wks PO and I live in mine!
I also use the Yianna ones for work since they come in Nude, and they are lovely and comfy too!

I found the M&S one I got sat on my incisions so I haven’t worn it since trying it for only a few hours x

    I have macom bras
. My sugion (not MYA) provided me with two.
I can see why they are pricey as the material is unlike any other sports bra/surgical bra.
Though I think Iv possibly got too small as mine is XS and it’s just abit too tight! But I think they are ment to be tight my sugion advises me to keep it as tight and high on my chest so helps push them down and it does feel super supportive!

Iv since purchase yianna bra and I don’t find it as supportive! Maybe because my Macom one is so tight it’s what I’m used too?

Yianna love mine, couldn’t fit in my M&S one at first was way to tight although it fits not 2 weeks P.O. it’s not as comfortable as my yianna ones xx
