What is dropping & fluffy ??

I hear everyone saying they drop & fluff.. what dies this mean and when does it happen or has it happened ?? Im 4wpo on wednesday.

I think it just means when the implants drop into the pocket made by the surgeon and so become more settled. So not so high up, swollen etc. It isn’t a real term xx

Here you go there’s a big difference before 1 day post op and 8 months post op xx see how hard and high up they are just after the op compared to now xxx hope this helps to explain xxx
