Im going to buy one macom bra but want another for when its being washed etc. Is it bettwr to be too tight or too small? Im a 32-34 so should i get smaller or larger back size? Also with the other bras how do you know what cup size to get? Im having 300cc if that makes a difference!?? Thanks

One of the reasons everyone likes macom is because the cups expand so you you don’t have to guess the cup size. I’ve got a two large Macoms and I’m a 34/36 back so I think you may be okay with a medium one if your back is smaller. You could put the macom one on and get the second bra once you’ve had the op. You could also guess the size of the cup from what you’ve told the surgeon you expect to be after the op but obviously that’s not guaranteed you’ll turn out that size afterwards xx

The best post op bras are from M&S because you are able to zip it up at the front which will cause the least amount of strain because you will struggle to do anything with your arms. Your last pre op with the surgeon should give you an idea of what size to buy. It’s also recommended to go one back size up due to swelling. The zip up bra is also £30 with a look x

I got a black macom and an m&s high impact sports bra. I used the macom straight after surgery and put the m&s bra on while the macom was in the wash but it was so uncomfortable and tight I had to take it off! I obviously didn’t buy a big enough size. Pre op I wore a 34B and bought a medium macom which is great but bought a 34D sports bra and it was far too small xxx
