What size implants for a current 32 A/B

Hi girls,

I’m currently a 32 A/B and am debating whether to go for a 300cc or 325cc. I’m 5ft 6 and weigh about 7 stone 8…is anyone similar frame to me and had similar size implants?

If so it’d be great if I could see some before and after pics and am also curious about recovery time for similar builds to me?

Hi Becky, I’ve not had mine done yet but having 350 vhp unders on 23rd! I’m more or less the same stats as you. Will post on here after so you can see how it looks. X

Hi @b459, I’m 5’4, just over 8 stone and was 32a. Had 320cc uhp partials. Recovery wasn’t too bad. As everyone says, days 2-5 are worst. It was more of a tightness in the chest more than pain. Was back to normal and able to lift my arms properly at 2wpo. Before & after pics attached. After is 5wpo xx

Hey , I’ve just had 325cc hp unders, although only 8dpo I’m very happy with the size, but I’m 5’2 and 8 stone x

Not been measured yet but wore a 32d bra last weekend. Asked to be a large C/small D. I’d say I’m at least a D xx

I have the same stats as you. I had 375, moderate plus unders . I’m 3 weeks post op today.
The first week I did struggle with the pain, I was on forums and asking loads of girls if the type of pain I had was normal.. it was but just remember everyone heals differently. I’ve tried to add a few photos but it doesn’t seem to let me. Xxx

Hi not got pics at min but I was a 32a 7stone 8 5’4 had 300 up unders I’ll be 17 week Wednesday asked 2 b a full c cup/ small d I’m now fitting a 34 dd or 32 e hope this helps x

Don’t know if it helps but I’m 8 weeks P.O. from 34a, had 375cc unders hp and I’m measuring 34D, I’m also 5ft 6 and weigh 9 st
I think it all depends on what look you are wanting (I wanted a natural look).
The recovery wasn’t the easiest thing I’ve ever done, You can control the pain with the medication it’s the not being able to do anything that’s the killer. x

Also I should of said that it was m&s that measured me to that, boux ave measured at 34E but they didn’t have any nice non wired and didn’t want to start wearing wired on a daily basis yet as I felt the scars needed time to settle down x

No hun I haven’t been measured yet and I’m trying to be patient and wait until there healed.. hoping dd..

Thanks for all your help girls and for the pictures! It’s so helpful talking to others…I’m still so torn between a 300 or 325 though and I don’t know about high profile or not!! So many decisions xxx

I’ve got similar stats to you. But I’m an A and 9 stone.
My surgery is in January and have a range of 350/375 400 & 425. Im praying for the 425!!

@sineadviolet you’ll have to let me know how you get on! Definitely the hardest part so far is choosing the size for me x

I had 325cc HP unders yesterday from a 32a, I’m 5ft4 and about 8 stone. I was so torn between Mod and HP but so glad I went for the HP!

I’m torn between the 350 and 375 although they don’t have a massive difference atall yours look amazing such a good size I’m 5ft 7 and 10 stone what’s yours ?

@karina76 they look fab!! What is the difference in looks between mod and hp?? I still get confused hahah xx

Thank you doll!! Mod profile are more wider so more side boob and cleavage but not that much projection, the HP are narrower but more projection so they look perkier. I was really worried about the gap with HP as they have a narrower base but to be honest the fuss was all over nothing.
I’m only 1 day post op and the strapping is squeezing the life out of me so still got a lot of changes just so excited to see them properly.

@karina76 thank you that’s so helpful! I have mine booked January 11th but I’m not actually going with Mya, my surgeon consultation is next month so I’m interested to see what he recommends! It’s so helpful seeing other people’s opinions, how are you finding the pain? Xx

Aw bless you chick! Not a long a wait now then, honestly it will come round so quickly! Exciting to find out what he thinks! I got told by my patient coordinator that the 300s are very good sizes but I’ll show you more pictures when I’ve got the strapping off if you want.
It is helpful seeing others! I literally had about 2000 pictures of on my phone of what I wanted mine to look like and was googling things 24/7 lool. The pain was horrible this morning I’ve just felt so stiff and in pain on the sides of my boobs especially where the drains were. The strapping felt so tight and restrictive but thank god im starting to feel better! i found moving around as much as you can and trying to not be a vegatable in bed all day helps a lot! Once you take the medicine it really helps too xx

@karina76 I have the exact same stats as you and I’m looking into getting 300cc unders but unsure which profile to get! Yours look fab! Would be great to see a post strapping pic to get more of an idea, I was swaying towards moderate because I want quite a natural look? Hope your recovery is going well xx

Thank you Lorna! That was exactly the same as me lol! The week leading up to my op I still didn’t have a clue about what profile to get I emailed my pc so many times about that!
If you have quite a narrow chest I think go for the HP, the mod profile is quite a lot wider with less projection but you have more cleavage. I didn’t want to look too top heavy I didn’t want lots of side boob that is how I finally decided and the fact that with age they would both sag, the HP having more of a push up bra look would mean that when it does sag it will just end up looking like the mod profiles? Plus with the HP you won’t need to wear a push up bra they will be nice and perky already! I think both profiles can look very natural as long as it’s the right size for your body. What did your surgeon recommend for you?
