I was a 34b and got a 36dd post op M&S zip sports bra and a 36dd asda sports bra. The m&s bra didn’t fit until day 3 (they generally come up small). Asda bras were fine from op day and are now a little bigger but still ok. Hope this helps hun x

Hey charlotte! I’m 2 days post op and I was a 32 C before my op, I would suggest getting the post op bras mya sell your nurse can then give you the accurate size you’d need. If they sold out (like my clinic had!) the macom ones are amazing, if you use ‘mybreast’ in the voucher code part you get 15% off 🙂 because you have a 32 back size in normal bras you’d be a small in the macom bras like I am. Hope this helps lovely, and good luck for your op! Xx

Hi Temmy, sorry for asking you on this post, what size cc did you go for? I’ve not found anyone that is a similar size to me pre op. I’m a 34C now and I don’t know what size to go for I’m 5ft8. X

I was a 34a/b and had 450cc I got a number of bras. I found the yianna bra from Amazon £15 in a medium perfect for me. I would probably say you’d be the same as I had it on the loosest knotch the first few weeks. So soft and comfy much preferred it to my Macom. I also got the m&s high impact in 34e but I’m now 7wpo and measuring 32FF so no wonder it was tight. There’s a lot of swelling those first few weeks so bras specially designed for it with adjustable straps at the front I would say are a good idea. Good luck hope you find a comfy one. If you do order a convential bra size I would go 34 back and possibly E for your implant size if not bigger.

@yaz95, I am 5’8 and had 34b pre op with 400cc unders. I got 36DD post op to allow for swelling, think I will settle to a 34D or DD. I feel a bigger back band was definitely necessary in the first 5/6 days. Hope this helps x

Thank you for the reply @Beita, that’s really helpful. I’ve not spoken to many girls who are our height, not that height means much. Take care x

Hey Yazz, I went for the 300cc high profile implants and unders, what kind of size are you thinking? If you’re struggling i would try on the different sizes of the implants when you go for your consultation with the surgeon, in my experience the surgeons are fab at giving their opinion on what would look best in terms of your body shape, height etc 🙂 I hope this helps lovely! Xx

Hi @TEMMY, I am currently looking at 300-350 cc. Thank you, I am same height and weight as you, so thought it would be good to ask you. Are you happy with the size you went for? I know this sounds strange but do you have any before/after photos?
    Take care xx

Ofcourse that’s absolutely fine, yes I’m super happy with the size! They’ve gotten bigger over the last couple days and they get a bit bigger when they fluff and drop so by the time mine are fully healed I’d say they’d be more than big enough, but it depends how big you are wanting to go 🙂 yes ofcourse i do, I’ve attached it to this comment, I’m only 6 days post op so they’ll change a lot from the bottom pic 🙂 x

Hi girlies, I’m currently a 32b and getting 325cc, I’ve ordered 2 macom bras for just after surgery but some sports bras come in normal top sizes and I’m not sure what size to go for like 8/10 or anything.. any advice? I would normally be a size6/8 xx
