What size sports bra do I get ?

So I have macom in medium and an Asda zip front sports bra in 34c was thinking of maybe getting a 34d as well ? How do you know what size to get and which ones do you recommend please ?

My surgeon told me what to order he said size up in the back for swelling I used to wear 32 and ordered a 34dd and a 34e … the first few days I had bad swelling I ordered a 36e… then dropped to my 34e for the past few weeks and I returned the 34dd as wasn’t needed xx

I’m normally a 32 back but surgeon told me to buy a 34 had surgery yesterday and when I went to put it on it was too tight due to swelling so had to buy a 36! I bought mine from m&s xx
