What sports bra size should i get??

My surgery is in 10 days and Im not too sure what size sports bra I should wear, I am a 32A and im going to get 375cc’s implants. Should i get 32D or a 34D?

I’m woundering the same i am a 32a and getting 350cc i am bit sure in sizes as one i was is in sizes 8,10,12 ect not sure what to get and its starting to stress me out abit by surgery isn’t till September.

I had 375CC High profile round. Was a 32A. Now 32D bra. But surgeon at the time told me to get 34D high impact sports bra From M&S. Perfect size as post op swelling will occur so need some give way. But size will still fit perfectly once swelling goes down too.

It’s recommended to go up a size so if you’re normally a 32 then buy a 34. And for implants up to 400cc it’s recommended to go up 3 sizes so if you’re an A then go for a D x
