    Hi Joanne,
It’s a better idea to get pictures of what you are looking to achieve try to pic before and after that’s stats and boobs are more like yours. I think most of us have a boob album!
With regards to size and shape. That’s down to what your surgeon, what he/she thinks will work with your body first and from there you will have choices x

Hey Joanne I had teardrop as I wanted the most natural result but I expect you can achieve similar with round but under the muscle. Definitely see what your surgeon recommends! And go for the biggest offered haha! Good luck xx

Hi Joanne, I wanted a very natural result but still a noticeable difference to how I was pre operation. So I had 275c Round Smooth Moderate+ projection.
I absolutely love the shape and projection, but shame surgeon couldn’t fit any more than 275cc! Take the biggest offered. I am now a full 34C.

Hey hunni I think the surgeon woood be the best person to decide these things for you, they know best what type of implant, over/under would be needed to achieve the look you want! As long as you have a clear size and shape in your mind (goal photos help) the surgeon will tell you exactly what is needed.
Also over or under, both are natural looking if that’s what you want, but it depends on your tissue quality whether you can go over or under.
I said I wanted a naturally large, round look. I had 650cc uhp over the muscle implants. All decided by the surgeon. Hope this helps x x
