What to ask your surgeon?!

Hi! Wondering if anyway can give me any ideas on what good questions you asked your surgeon at the consultation??

I also need help with this! Got my consultation on Tuesday in Manchester. So far I’ve got risks involved, pre-op info, will they need replacing again in years to come, cost, how long would I need off work, sizes, under/over the muscle? As I am only 8 stone 8 and quite tall, I don’t want them to look too fake! Post-op bras, surgeons? Hope this helps!

At mine he mostly just spoke about what profile to go with and comfirming size, tried the implants on again and decided what he would order, signed some papers and that was it, quickest appointment xx

I’m the same as Heidi. Lots of information in answer to your questions will be provided in a really clear, easy to understand way. It was a quick appointment but very informative. I tried implants on after my apt with the surgeon in a different room with my main point of contact at MYA. I chose the size, and then about 6 weeks later went back to double check the size was the one I wanted. The staff at the clinic were more than happy with me doing this, and I’m really glad I did. I didn’t change my mind but I feel reassured with my choice. All the best x
