WHAT TO TAKE TO SURGERY !?

Surgery in the morning (so excited!!!) any advice on what to do/take with me please??

I went in a tracksuit with zip jacket that would be easy for me to put on after, I took my sports bra with me to put on when back from surgery, I took deodorant and a few toiletries but to be honest I didn’t use any! You really don’t need to bring much with you. They give you plenty to drink and feed you once you’re awake so really there’s no point bringing food. Maybe a bottle of water for the drive back as my throat was really dry. Good luck! Xxx

Post op bras
Comfy clothes for afterwards (choose a top that you don’t need to put on over your head)

I found a travel pillow to be really helpful for comfort too.

A phone charger of you’re in overnight?

I packed loads more but didn’t use any of it
