What's the biggest size implant you can have under the muscle?

Hello, I had my revision done a year ago in sept…. I have 485 overs at the min. I’m having more revision done but my surgeon said he won’t go bigger than 485 under the muscle….. I want to go bigger and go under the muscle as mine are not holding good over.

Thanks Hun! I have 485 overs. I had revision nearly a year ago. I keep bottoming out so want to go under. But my surgeon will only go as big as 485 under…. Not sure why. Maybe coz I have a lot of breast tissue. I see him in a week so gonna ask loads more questions hehe xx
