Hi Hun, When I spoke to my nurse she said that for a few hours at a time is fine, but not to constantly be braless as it will make your boobs sag quicker. Im a little annoyed as I hate wearing wired bras haha and some tops as you say you cant wear with a bra, but if we’ve paid a lot of money I guess its worth doing it all by the book 🙂 xx

At six months I started to go braless more often ie. On a night out. My surgeon said I could go braless at night because unders don’t sag. I started to do this but then went back to wearing my crop top at night as I felt there was a slight change in how they were sitting, when I sleep with a crop top they’re closer together the next day.

I’d say six weeks is very early to go without a bra/support because they would have only just formed and dropped into the breast pocket. In theory I’d think they would need to be held in place for a few months to take shape and not droop/ go further than the pocket made with an underwater bra.

I wouldn’t rush it tbh especially if u have overs as theyre not as supported as unders.
