When can I wear underwire?

Hi girls,
I wasn’t able to see my surgeon at my 6 week po appointment, just a nurse, and she said I can’t wear an underwire bra until I’ve seen the surgeon however I don’t know when that will be. When has everyone else been told they can wear an underwire? My boobs sit to the side so I’d like to be able to give them a bit more shape! Also, how long does everyone stay sleeping in their bra?

Any advice much appreciated!!

At my 6wpo my nurse said i can wear any bra and i’ve worn underwire since then, i finally saw my surgeon this month (3 months since surgery) and he said i can do anything including sleeping braless x

I was told wait at least 6 weeks before going back to weights at the gym. I’m really into that, so I had to ask haha Obviously go lighter than usual until you get your strength back.
