When can we lay flat??

How long after op can we lay flat??

When I had my 2wpo appt with the nurse she said I could now lay flat so I guess 2 weeks x

I’m 4DPO and am having no sleep sitting up 🙁 xx

I’m 11 days po now and im finding it ok sleeping upright on the sofa now as pain has pretty much gone, but i just want to roll onto my side and lay on the bed without worrying. Im still on the sofa though!

I’m on the sofa too Gina!! I’m not in pain which is making me want to lay down but I can’t breathe and wouldn’t be able to get back up, haha. All these sleepless nights are very expensive, I need my cards hiding at night! xx

I’m 8 dpo and couldn’t imagine trying to lay flat. The new boobs really make you’ve feel like you have trucks on your chest when attempting to get comfy to lay at a 45 degree angle on the bed OR is that just me?? (I hope not!) xx

I got told by my nurse not until my 6 week post op check. Longest 6 weeks ever …… x

I’m 5 weeks and only just sleeping flatter/on my side comfortably xx

I was told I could sleep flat at my one week appointment and have evwr since 🙂 x
