    HELP!
When did everyone go back to sleeping normally. Iv not had a decent nights sleep for nearly two weeks now. Sleeping sat up is giving m a sore bum, back, and neck and I find I’m taking painkillers for the painful stiff back I’m now suffering with. It says on my paper work 4 to 6 weeks but their is absolutely no way that I can carry on sleeping like that for another 4 weeks before my op o use to sleep on both of my sides and my front. When did everyone else begin to sleep comfortably? Xxx

After my one week check up the nurse said I didn’t have to sleep upright anymore but as a total worrier I’m still doing it every night. When I lie flat on my back my boobs feel really heavy so I’m persevering until it feels more comfortable. I’m just paranoid about keeping them in the right position x

Pre op i only slept on my sides, after two weeks i started sleeping on my back and honestly its not too bad especially after being sat up for so long, just put pillows around you and under your knees, seems long now but it’ll soon fly by and be able to sleep on your sides again:) xx

I slept upright for 7 weeks I think! And I’m now 10 weeks post op and I’m still only lying flat on my back! I guess I just got used to it in the end!

Thanks ladies. I find that I go sleep sat up right and end up sliding down and being almost flat when I wake in the morning. Hope it’s not effecting the implants xxx

I had an uplift and have been sleeping upright for 6 weeks, it was so comfy once I got use to it! Tried laying flat for the last 2 nights and my back, sides & stomach ache so much in the mornings, just had to prop myself back up again!
I’m usually a side sleeper but am too worried now in case side sleeping messes up their shape!!
