When did people start sleepoing on their side?

When did people start sleeping in their side? I’m 9dpo and got the ok to shower and everything xxx

6 weeks post op I could start sleeping on my side befor that I had to lay on back xxxxx

I am ten days post op and actually turned slightly on my side for the first time last night. My back is killing. I had a pillow in front of me for support and also one behind. It was uncomfortable but only for a couple of minutes. I stayed on it for at least an hour then tried the other side! Gave my back a couple of hours break!!

My surgeon told me three weeks, but it was more like four weeks before it was actually comfortable xx

I can’t help but sleep on my side. Not fully but I’m sick of not being able to cuddle in bed ☹️ X
