When do the dressings come off?

Does anyone know when you can peel off the little dressing things/steristrips covering your incisions? I am 3 weeks post op on Wednesday having had unders and I don’t remember being told whether I should take them off and when or if I should replace them or just leave the incision bare? xx

Had my post op yesterday was told 4 days for strips, 3 more weeks for breast band if you have one, 5 weeks left with bra 24/7 (think I may keep that one going a little longer and sleep at 45 degrees for 6/8 weeks. X
