where to get measured

Hey im only a week post op so another 5 weeks to wait but when im 4 weeks its my birthday n guna wear a bra that night but I went to ann summeres yesterday and they dont measure only fit and I put a 34e on and it fit perfect minus baggy bit undermy arm pit so got dd but feels like my nipples guna come out but the lady sed she struggles to fit me to a bra because I had fake boobs ???? Anyone else had this problen xxx

She could have mean that at this stage so soon after your op that there was still too much swelling to get an accurate measurement. – but that;s what she should have said!!! Why don’t you wait until as close to your birthday as you can, as they could change a lot if you get one now, to wear in 3/4 weeks and go to somewhere like Debenhams or Boux Ave, who people on here have said are good, xx

Boux avenue is no where near me :/ and that was ann summers they sed they don’t measure only fit bras have a look in my pictures I put a pic of the bra on there , I just figured wouldnt change to much in size although they will change ! And plus if it gets tight just take the tiny bits of extra padding out plus my bf offered to buy them as my valentines present and he just got paided so jumped at it but tried to get a sensible bra !! Lol x

Eee what a cheek, go to Debenhams they have a proper fitting service xx

I have found John Lewis is really good. Yes they are expensive, but you dont have to buy anything. Their assistants were really nice and made me feel at ease. If you ring or email them they call you and you get to speak to your fitter before hand. So when you arrive you ask for them by name. They have lovely private and comfortable fitting areas, if that is important to you. Jemma x
