Hi girls I’m 6 weeks post op and I have been wearing a macom bra plus another I bought of the internet (zips up the front ) they don’t seem to be dropping at all and my left boob is a funny shape like a cone !, am I wearing a sports bra/macom that’s too tight that’s preventing them from dropping ? I’m not seeing my surgeon for another month ?! Also I didn’t have strapping ? Maybe I need it , thanks in advance for your reply’s 🙂 xxx

My surgeon was dead against the bras that push them together, particularly the zip up ones for this reason. I’d double check with you surgeon what post op bras they recommend xx

I’m thinking the same as u Hun my nipple is too close to the bottom of my boob and the under is kinda empty I’m so so high up but only 4dpo I hope mine drop soon I’m wearing a macom but my surgeo has just told me to order a breast band to put at the top to push them down !? Maybe u could try that? He’s told me to wear it constantly for next 6 weeks x

Ive heard if you have strong tight chest muscles it takes longer to drop. Hard not to use your arms much but less the better at the start x x

I’ve worn my macom for 6 weeks now and because of pole dance my muscles are super strong and not wanting to let my implants drop lol! Everyone drops different and if you’re worried give your nurse a message they will calm your nerves or get you booked in! They should round off soon and don’t focus too much on the nipple they change so much! Xx

@ellenjessical Oh really ! I have just called my nurse and she said do I go to the gym much because I could have strong chest muscles , I don’t go to the gym but before I got my boobs done I could actually tense and flex my boobs so I’m thinking they are pretty strong ?! She said they can take months to drop and for me not to worry , my surgeon didn’t give me a band/strap so Iv just bought one of the internet so I’m hoping that helps when it comes , I think I’m being impatient lol !! Xxx
