worried about my BMI

evening!

ive been looking through posts on here and people seem to be much skinnier than i am, and im worried my BMI will be to high. Lockdown hasnt been my friend and i have every intension of losing some weight (famous last words lol)

im 26, 5’3, 11ish st (i try to avoid the weighing scales)

Hi Sophie ! I’m 29 5’3 and 10st 11 so really similar I run a lot and wear a size 10 but my bmi is 27 so overweight ! I booked my surgery today , I’ve been loosing weight all that was said was to be within half a stone of your target before surgery ! Obviously changes in weight pregnancy will alter the implant but no one questioned by bmi xx

Heya girls,

I’m 33, 4ft 11 and around 10 stone, my weight fluctuates quite a bit but I’m more comfortable at 10stone, plus I’m really active enjoy running and the gym. My BMI would probably tell me I’m overweight too, but I’d like to think as long as your in genuinely good health it shouldn’t be a problem. I’m hoping that it isn’t.

Awh thanks ladies! I feel better now! It’s weird cause I don’t feel big for my height but I’m classed as over weight!! Madness xx
