Hi! I’ve just had a sizing consultation and my surgeon is cautious to advise a specific size.. the range she guided me to was 350 to over 400. I’m 5’8 and about 10 st 4. Breasts are currently around a 34 B. I chose 415 as the type of implant I’m having the next size down was around 380 and I thought this sounded small but now I’ve looked at more pictures and I’m starting to worry 415 is going to be huge? I want large breasts but definitely want a natural look, I don’t want to look augmented? Has anyone had a similar panic post consultation, or anyone with similar stats to me that can pass on a bit of advise? I’ve attached pics of the sort of look I want.. Thanks!

I worried about mine too and phoned up asking if I could go smaller. I was offered an appointment but my nurse reminded me that the implants I was advised (315cc) were because of my breast width so I probably wouldn’t be able to go a lot smaller because the gap between my boobs would be massive.
In the end I stuck with the size I originally chose because I think I was just getting nervous and chickening out as it got close to surgery and I was happy with the sizers I had tried so should just trust myself and my nurses opinion!

For the pictures you’ve shown I’d definitely go for 380cc over anything in the 400s! x

I’m not with mya and the biggest I got offered was 330cc ultra high under muscle. I was a 28a before. Currently only a few days post op but even now if I had the chance to do it again and go even that bit more bigger I would! Everyone says dont under estimate a small implant but dont judge a big one too! Especially if you’re having unders and you have a natural large gap because you wont get that cleavage look like I haven’t and to me that’s what makes them look smaller. So go big if I was you hun!

Thanks everyone! I’ve been obsessing over the last few days haha, definitely going to have another consultation to decide for sure before I book the surgery. I am leaning towards the 415 just because I’ve read from so many people how much they regret going for a smaller size, also hope I have the frame to carry them while still looking natural.. thanks again xxx

    Hey,
I had 400ccs put in on Tuesday! I was really worried before that they would be too big but I am totally happy with the result.
I spoke to the surgeon in the morning of the op and he assured me 400cc would be okay (I’m about 5’6 and a size 10). My boobs were a 34D and are now fitting into a 34DD (the D was too small but maybe cos they are swollen). I don’t think I’d want to be any smaller so I wouldn’t worry too much about 415cc. 😊
