Please help over or unders

I had consult with mr traynor, he recommended 485cc overs. I asked about rippling and he assured me I had enough tissue to handle this size and he said there was no need to go under the muscle. I felt quite good about all of this and very happy with size when I tried them on I am 5ft9 150lb size 34a and quite broad and felt they complimented my shape. However I have since seen another surgeon who said that I have to have them under muscle or rippling will be seen because I do not have enough tissue to cover implant. Feel reslly confused. I want a natural look. Has anybody else had mr traynor x

Hi hun i had mr traynor and was worried about going over muscle but i am so glad i trusted him im nearly 5 weeks post op and they are exactly how i wanted them you can add me if you like to take a look at my pics but he is very experienced and he genuinly cares about what you want and how you feel.
If your worried try talk to him again and see what he says but i know alot of people including me that are very happy with their boobs now after having mr traynor x

I was having the same problem Hun went and seen dr schiavone he said need unders and that I had next to no breast tissue,iv always wanted dr traynor so went to see him and he recomended overs and that my boobs were fine just empty he also offered me a bigger range in sizes and round implants where other surgeon said I needed teardrops.iv decided to go with dr t on 1st may and can’t wait I’m hoping they look natural though that’s my main worry,alot have people have praised his work on here.good luck Hun xxx
