    Hi girls,
I am currently at the consultation stage and have been doing a lot of research into the procedure. I have been told I have mildly tubular breasts (which I knew anyway) and that they are not as bad as I seem to think. I have suggested an areola reduction as I consider mine to be quite big but my surgeon said that he would rather not combine this with implants initially but it may be something to consider doing after if I am still unhappy. personally, I am almost sure I will need a reduction as the implants surely will only make them bigger and more puffy? I don’t want to have to undergo another surgery, general anaesthetic, recovery period, travel, time off work and more money if its unnecessary. If anyone can help me who may have had a similar experience and the outcome without having an areola reduction to help me make my decision.

Hello, I have mild tubular breasts too & I have asked for the same thing. I’m booked in to have implants, tubular bands released & nipple reduction/lift in November.
You can so go another surgeon & see if they will do what you’re looking for ๐Ÿ™‚ xx

    Hi ๐Ÿ™‚
My procedure will be the same as this! If you are having the surgery, you might as well have it all done at once as it will work out cheaper too. This is because youโ€™ll only have to pay for the hospital bed once, the anethatist once and all things like that.
Please feel free to message me if you have any queries. Who was your surgeon? X

I’m not going with MYA due to travel times but I’ve seen a girls on here get it done. The tuberous bands are scored & that releases them (I think) my surgeon did tell me but that was a while ago now.
If you’re tubular I don’t see why all this can’t be done in one go.
I’ve added you as a friend. I’ll give you a private message about prices etc through that ๐Ÿ™‚ xx

My surgeon was Dr Mashhadi and yes I am so happy with the result. Your surgeon should go through with you what to expect but you need to have a realistic image of what you might turn out with otherwise you might be disappointed. My advice would be to ask your PC who she would recommend for you then meet with different surgeons and take time to decide who you like more and do your own research too! Hope it all goes well for you!x
